Nếu bạn đã nhắn tin với iziGo qua Facebook Messenger hoặc Instagram Direct, bạn có thể yêu cầu chúng tôi xoá dữ liệu liên quan đến cuộc trò chuyện của bạn.
Cách gửi yêu cầu
- Gửi email tới huynhphuquy1450@gmail.com với tiêu đề “Yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu / Data deletion request”.
- Ghi rõ tên tài khoản Facebook (hoặc Instagram) bạn đã dùng để nhắn tin, và Trang (Page) bạn đã nhắn tới.
Chúng tôi xoá dữ liệu trong vòng 30 ngày kể từ khi nhận yêu cầu và gửi email xác nhận cho bạn khi hoàn tất.
Dữ liệu được xoá
- Nội dung các tin nhắn và tệp đính kèm bạn đã gửi qua Messenger/Instagram.
- Tên hiển thị, ảnh đại diện và mã định danh người dùng theo Trang (PSID/IGSID) chúng tôi lưu.
Dữ liệu có thể được giữ lại
Hồ sơ hợp đồng thuê và chứng từ thanh toán mà pháp luật buộc chúng tôi lưu giữ sẽ được giữ trong thời hạn luật định, sau đó được xoá.

Data deletion instructions (English)
If you have messaged iziGo on Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct, you can ask us to delete the data related to your conversation.
- Email huynhphuquy1450@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
- Include the Facebook (or Instagram) account name you used to message us and the Page you messaged.
We delete your data within 30 days of receiving the request and confirm by email when done. Deleted data: the messages and attachments you sent via Messenger/Instagram, and the display name, profile picture and page-scoped ID (PSID/IGSID) we stored. Rental contracts and payment records that we are legally required to keep are retained for the period required by law and then deleted.
